Beacon Community Midwifery offers full-spectrum, respectful, and client-centered care in the Hudson Valley. Nicole Primoff, Midwife and Founder, along with Sarah Colbath, LM provide wrap-around care to their clients through prenatal care, labor support, homebirth, postpartum care, lactation support, and home-based well care— striving to support clients and their families throughout the lifespan. Grace Rice, LM provides expertise in and guidance for preconception health, fertility support, in-home IUI (intrauterine insemination), and full scope reproductive and well care to Beacon Community Midwifery’s clients. Together they seek to build community through their care and practice while supporting families through all manners of transformation.
Beacon Community Midwifery is designed to serve all people, including people with a history of sexual, physical, or emotional trauma, people of all body sizes, queer and trans people, neurodivergent people, and people with disabilities. We service Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Orange, Ulster, and Rockland county, as well as, portions of Greene, Columbia, and Sullivan County.
